Delivery is charged 130 den. and FREE over 2500 den. on the territory of S.Macedonia.
The delivery time is from 1 to 3 business days.
The courier delivers the shipment to the buyer's address between 09:00 and 16:00. If the courier fails to reach you, then he will contact you again by phone at the number you left when creating the order. If the courier fails to find you on the second attempt, then the shipment will be returned to MARABELLA.

The product can be exchanged for a number or model within 15 days of receipt of the shipment.
The delivery of the replacement is paid 130 den.
The replacement is made with the courier who delivers the new product.
To exercise the right to exchange, you need to send us a copy of the invoice-order to the MARABELLA contact center by e-mail contact@marabellaofficial.com or by phone at 078-897 664.
The message should clearly state which product, color and number you want to exchange.
The product should be packed in its original packaging with box, invoice and it should not be worn. The box should be protected in a bag to prevent damage to it.

To exercise your right to a refund, you must provide us with a copy of the invoice/order to the MARABELLA contact center at contact@marabellaofficial.com or by calling 078-897 664. You can return the product within 15 days of receiving the shipment.
The refund of funds is made within 2-5 business days. You are obliged to send the shipment by the courier service that you will choose from our data.
The product must be packed in its original packaging with a box, invoice and it must not be worn. The box must be protected in a bag to prevent damage to it.
