After the order is made, you will receive an email confirming the success of the order. If the order is made on Friday after 15h or during the weekend, the order will be shipped on a working day.

The courier service delivers to your address from Monday to Friday from 9-16h, and on Saturday from 9-13h. For that purpose, the person is needed who will be present at the address indicated for delivery. Normal delivery time is up to 1-3 working days.If it is about the delivery of a package in a village or an area outside the city, the delivery can be extended up to 7 working days. If the delivery is not made in the village or area you have chosen, you will be asked by the courier service to agree on the place where you could pick up the order.

The cost of delivery is paid by the buyer. The delivery price is 140 den. If Fast Shipping does not have a base in the city you have chosen, they will contact you to arrange the delivery location. If the bill is over 2,500 den, delivery is free.

If the order is returned by the courier service due to a failed attempt to deliver the shipment, the packet will be returned, and you will receive a ban on any future order from our store. If a product replacement is required, the cost of returning and taking the new product is borne by the buyer. Marabella assumes the obligation to settle the cost only if it delivers an unsuitable product in terms of color or model.
